Day to Day

The Finance Learning & Development (L&D) Strategist will play a critical role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of the Finance team and report directly to the Chief of Staff, Finance. This person will assess, curate, and aggregate current L&D offerings, design bespoke learning content, and create tailored learning pathways aligned with the future state vision of the Finance function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing effective learning programs. Familiarity with Finance and the learning needs for this type of corporate function is highly desirable

Responsibilities
? Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing learning and development programs within the Finance department. Aggregate and evaluate current L&D resources to identify gaps and areas for improvement
? Develop and implement tailored learning pathways for various functions within Finance
? Align learning pathways with the future state vision of the Finance function and requisite skills
? Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
? Work closely with Finance leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to understand skill gaps and future requirements to identify and develop relevant training programs and materials
? Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in L&D and Finance and incorporate innovative approaches and technologies to enhance learning experiences
? Other duties as assigned

? Familiarity with Finance functions and the skills required for various roles within the department is highly desirable

? Proven analytical skills to assess and evaluate L&D needs and program effectiveness
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
? Proficiency in using L&D software and tools
? Innovative thinker with a passion for developing others
? Proactive and self-motivated with an ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

Salary Range Transparency

US Remote 80,000 - 114,000 USD per year

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
