The Calling:

Branching Minds is an MTSS category leader (according to both districts and our competitors) and holds partnerships with several of the nation?? largest and most diverse school districts across the country. We have demonstrated a significant impact in improving academic outcomes, reducing the burden on teachers and administrators, and ensuring students get the support they need to thrive. As the company continues to grow, we are looking for an exceptional sales executive to manage a robust pipeline of enterprise-level relationships. You will have the opportunity to engage the full scope of your skills and strategies to nurture a strong pipeline, build partnerships with district leaders, and help them achieve student success.

What You Will Achieve:
??Strategizing, planning, and executing territory-specific plans to increase our brand awareness in our most strategic accounts
??Sell Branching Minds platform and related Professional Services within identified strategic accounts as well as core territory
??Develop sales strategies to increase and nurture the client pipeline
??Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas within a specified time frame
??Partner with Sales Development Rep in the field to gain market share
??Provide call reports and activities; maintain robust and accurate deal data in HubSpot
??Strategize, plan, and lead education and training lunch and learn events to promote Branching Minds
??Attend key conferences both nationally and in the core territory to support lead generation
??Introduce and establish business with new customers

Requirements

??Proven track record selling into enterprise-level K12 school districts and/or state-level
??Showcases strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
??Demonstrated experience with territory and call cycle management, as well as strong customer service and listening skills
??Proficient with business process technology, including CRM software (bonus if you??e proficient with Hubspot), G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Drive Calendar), and Microsoft Office
??Operated effectively within a distributed team, utilizing tools such as Slack and Zoom
??Energized by our mission and ready to seize on the momentum we have built as the leader in MTSS
??Comfortable with the dynamic, self-motivated, collaborative, fast-paced culture of a startup, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
??Reside on the West Coast or in southeast United States
??Travel may vary 20-40%

Lucky Us If You:

??Experience selling an MTSS/RTI, Analytics, or Assessment SaaS-based product
??Experience as an educator or administrator within a K12 school system

Interview Process:

If we are a match, you can expect a total of 3 steps in the interview process after the initial application
??45-minute Video/Phone Interview with the VP of Strategic Accounts
??45-minute Deep Dive with VP of Strategic Accounts and VP of Sales
??60-minute Final Round panel interview with the VP of Strategic Accounts with a written exercise prompt to submit in advance
