The pay range is $69,000.00 - $124,200.00

A role on the Network Strategy Team within Food Supply Chain means being relentlessly focused on how we can optimize our temperature-controlled network to become more cost effective and improve the guest experience. Our teams work with the agility our mission requires, and we constantly come together to implement new processes in record time. We?re looking for exceptional people who are proactive, creative, independent, innovative, risk-savvy and comfortable working in varying degrees of ambiguity. You will work cross-functionally with experts from across F&B, GSCL, Technology and Stores to support co- creation of solutions to reduce labor cost, improve speed and quality for replenishment activities, and help define our future network design. You will help scope a broad set of reporting and data analytic initiatives and ideas to help identify the specific problem, potential impact, and the resources needed to solve.

As a Senior Project Analyst in Food Supply Chain, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic direction for the operating solutions required to optimize and scale highly efficient Supply Chain operations. The role will support all business areas of Target with critical data analysis that helps team members make profitable decisions. Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. Interface with the Target business representatives and leaders to validate business requirements/requests for reporting solutions. Determine best methods in order to gather data and present information. Build reporting solutions to meet business needs. Communicate with project/team manager to share knowledge and findings. Role:
? Support the integration of reporting technology for our new distribution nodes
? Develop and deploy data science analytic tools to empower F&B field teams to optimize operations

About You:
? 4-year degree or equivalent experience
? 5+ years relevant experience in business analysis, business intelligence or BI report development
? Strong SQL skills must
? Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex analysis to clients regardless of the clients technical expertise
? DOMO, Greenfield and BigRed experience (for Internal candidates)
? Strong knowledge of end to end process flow within a distribution center
? Strong ability to resolve simple and complex problems/defects related to reporting, dashboards and operational flow

Preferred skillsets/experience:
? Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams
? Ability to think in terms of future state support, growth, and identifying paths from current to future capabilities
? Ability to work and scope level of effort in an agile environment and successfully manage project prioritization, project backlogs, and project change management
? Travel: Up to 10% to support reporting needs

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as Flex for Your Day) work arrangement based on Targets needs.?A Remote work arrangement means the team member works?ull-time from home or?n alternate?ocation thats not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.?A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
