Position:
? Package and or Prepare goods on pallets in order to prevent damage during transport.
? Conducts a physical check/inventory of the pallets before shipping.
? Maintain effective communication with Supervisor and Manager at all times.
? Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and corporate food safety regulatory standards.
? Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of company?s Shipping Policies.
? Ensure orders are completed in accordance with company policies.
? Provide support to employees and monitor performance to ensure work processes are accomplished in a timely and effective manner.
? Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: ? Basic math skills required (counting, multiplication, conversions, fractions) ? Demonstrated skills with industrial powered equipment required. Certification for equipment as required based on facility needs (for example, forklift, scissor lift, electric pallet jack, reach truck, etc. ? Ability to work in cold environment. ? Applicable working experience related to warehousing and inventory in a food manufacturing setting. ? An understanding of perishable food shipping. ? An understanding of ERP software preferred (SAP experience is a plus). ? Excellent communication skills. ? Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task. ? Experience within a distribution and food manufacturing setting preferred.

SHIFT:

1st shift Monday through Friday

Occasion Weekend Overtime.

Starts at 5:00am

PAY:

Starting at $20.00 per hour.
