The Senior Recruiter will manage the full life cycle recruiting process, from obtaining new clients to recruiting and placing candidates. You will identify and prioritize resource requirements based on current and planned engagements, and work hard to supply those clients with top-tier candidates. Must have a passion for delivering high quality candidates. We need our Recruiter to be a high-performance, detail-oriented individual that works to grow the size and quality of our organization by virtue of the talent they bring on board.

Specific duties may include:

? Prospect for, and onboard new clients, with focus on permanent-placement positions

? Identify potential candidates using a variety of tools, including but not limited to databases, web sites, social media, networking events and more

? Contact potential candidates using a variety of communication methods including email, telephone and social media

? Interview and assess potential candidates based on the unique requirements of each position

? Own and communicate the candidate pipeline internally. Manage the completion of all pipeline activities from initial interviews through onboarding of employees (manage the interview schedule with internal resources; arrange travel for out of town candidates, etc.).

? Ensure prospective candidates are effectively communicated with throughout the hiring cycle.

Requirements:

? 5+ years successful recruiting experience. We strongly prefer recruiters with Agency experience.

? Stable track record of employment. Documented tenure of over 5 years in one recruiting agency.

? Strong track record of success selling permanent placement or staffing solutions. Must be adept at sales and business development.

? Proactive Recruiting Methodology. Must be adept at using business-related social media to attract hidden talent; including but not limited to LinkedIn and Indeed, as well as traditional job boards like CareerBuilder and Monster.

? Ability to think creatively, finding new ways to find, attract quality candidates. High sense of urgency, and a business-ownership mentality.

? Solid communication skills (written and verbal)

? Detail-oriented, with an ability to manage candidate workflow and all of the ancillary activities that support it (interview schedules, follow-up files, hiring forms, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,048.81 - $63,886.74 per year
