Key Responsibilities: ? Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. ? Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent. ? Foster and maintain relationships with clients and candidates alike. ? Collaborate with our leadership team to understand hiring needs and develop role-specific recruitment strategies.

Requirements: ? A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience. ? Proven track record of successful placements in various industries. ? Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends. ? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate management systems.
