What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Collaborate with the RCS Analytics Operations team to support analytics-related activities
? Manage intake/triage, artifact management, and resource onboarding for analytics projects
? Oversee data governance and evangelism initiatives, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
? Create, manage, and validate large data sets for internal stakeholders
? Serve in a cross-functional capacity on various projects and initiatives

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Public Health, or related field
? 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle
? 5 years of strong SQL programming skills with experience in platforms like Snowflake or SQL Server
? 5 years of progressive experience as a data analyst, report analyst, or business analyst
? 3 years of proven experience in managing and validating large data sets

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Health Informatics
? Experience with EPIC software and reporting data
? Proficiency in report writing using Tableau or Power BI
