You will be provided training and access to the following:
? Sales Software/Customer Retention Management Program - Pipedrive
? JustCall Phone Dialer - Internet Based phone system for you to use on sales calls
? Leads - Organizations and targeted contacts within that organization for you to build relationships/call on
? Enrichment Software - Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or Similar Lead Enrichment Program
? Planned Training and Support Sessions, Online Chat with other reps for feedback, tips, etc., + call anytime to ask specific questions to me (you are not alone)

Although this is position is remote and does not require working a specific schedule, you must commit to the following: (These are absolute Min. Numbers - please do not contact me if you are not willing and able to commit to the minimum).
? 20 Phone Calls Per Day - These will be made via your JustCall dialer, which does generate daily usage reports. A mix of new lead calls and follow ups - That is 100 calls in a week (most companies require phone based sales reps to make 150+ calls per day). Depending on your schedule they can be done 50 calls one day and 50 calls another, etc. Many will be voice mails and you are welcome to use a pre-recorded voice mail message that we can set up in the system for you.
? Look up alternate contacts in each organization via lead enrichment tool and update all activities in the CRM program. 10 per day - total of 50 per week.
? Send 10 personalized emails per day - There is a place for automation but with the low rate of success with email - A short personalized email is better than some spam campaign
? Spend time researching the organizations before contacting them - we are serving a niche market and the more prepared you are the more effective you will be!
? It is basically a commitment of two hours per day/ 10 hours per week - you can do the company research and prep anytime of day or night but the calls need to be made when there is a chance of reaching a human on the phone. We operate all over the world so you can get home from work at 6:00 PM Eastern Time and Still have a couple of hours where businesses are open on the west coast - Vise Versa with west coast in the morning and calling on east coast
? Prospect through social media, linked in, etc -Discover some potential leads and better yet referral partners (There is no crime in making money from incoming calls, asking for your help!)
? You will need to create a new linked in account showing your connection to Franchain or you will need to show Franchain as your occupation on your current LinkedIn account.

? You will learn valuable skills from experienced colleagues with backgrounds at Top Tech Giants like SAP, IBM, and Intel.

Responsibilities
? Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce Franchain's fintech solutions.
? Manage and maintain client relationships through effective use of CRM tools.
? Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to meet those needs.
? Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results.
? Regularly meet and exceed sales quotas and targets.

Requirements
? 0 years of experience in sales, fintech or B2B sectors is a bonus.
? Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
? Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities.
? Coachable with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
? Must have a computer and reliable internet connection.

Compensation

100% Commission - Sales cycle is 2-4 weeks on average
