Sales Partner (Contractor, Remote, U.S.) ? IT Outsourcing

We are looking for a driven and well-connected Sales Partner based in the US, to support our expansion in the IT Outsourcing market. This position offers a great opportunity to use your connections and expertise for a rewarding compensation structure if you have a strong network in the US tech ecosystem and sales experience. There is no set amount of hours that must be worked each week for this job.
I. What You'll Do
Client Acquisition:
? Utilize your extensive network within the US tech industry to identify and engage potential clients.
? Proactively reach out to potential clients, leverage existing relationships to facilitate new business opportunities.
? Keep a pulse on market trends and customer needs to identify and act upon business opportunities.
Sales and Presentation:
? Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations that articulate our value proposition clearly and compellingly.
? Work closely with prospective clients to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions that align with our service offerings.
? Support the proposal preparation process.
II. What You'll Bring
? A comprehensive understanding of the U.S. IT outsourcing landscape, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
? Hold an extensive network of connections within the U.S. tech industry and related sectors, including FinTech, HealthTech, IT outsourcing, talent acquisition services, and executive search firms.
? A verifiable history of leveraging your network to facilitate business opportunities and drive sales growth.
? A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT outsourcing sales, with a strong track record of acquiring clients and driving business expansion, particularly in international markets like the U.S.
? Demonstrated experience handling projects for clients in industries such as FinTech, HealthTech, and other related fields.
? Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and persuasively.

? Base Salary: The monthly retainer fee will range from $3,200 to $4,000, depending on the type of contract signed with LARION.
? Commission Structure: 5% - 12% of project revenue, based on performance.

? First Round Interview: Online Zoom interview with the Business Development Director and Chief Delivery Officer at LARION.
? Second Round Interview: Online Zoom interview with Co-Founder of LARION.
