Sales-Focused Call Center Agent - Customer Service Specialist

Key Details
? Training Schedule: Full-time training from 11 AM - 7 PM (Eastern Time Zone)
? Shift Options: Choose from 11 AM - 7 PM, 2 PM - 10 PM, or 3 PM - 11 PM EST
? Days Off: One weekday and Sunday (determined by start date)
? Training Duration: 1 Week of Training followed by 1-2 Weeks of Nesting
? Compensation: $11/hour plus commission (non-negotiable)

Technical Requirements
? Computer with Windows 10 or higher (NO Chromebooks, Winbooks, or Macs)
? High-speed Internet with a minimum speed of 50 download/10 upload
? 128GB storage with 20GB free space
? 4GB RAM installed
? Ethernet connection (WiFi is not acceptable)
? USB headset with volume control, mute button, and microphone
? Webcam
? Reliable attendance (100% required during the first 2 weeks)
? Background check may be required
