What You?ll Do:
? Learn and assist with configuring, managing, and maintaining Salesforce applications.
? Support user setup, workflows, and data management tasks.
? Collaborate with IT professionals to troubleshoot Salesforce issues.
? Contribute to the design and implementation of new features in Salesforce.
? Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and system documentation.
? Participate in training sessions designed to prepare you for the Salesforce Admin Certification.
