Remote Commercial Roofing & HVAC Sales Development/Appointment Setting

Job Description:
? Make outbound cold calls to commercial building owners/manager on behalf of our roofing, HVAC and/or contractor clients
? Schedule in-person, web demo and/or phone appointments on behalf of clients
? Update and maintain leads in CRM platform
? Manage your day to ensure all hours committed to calling are completed
? Navigate phone trees and automated messaging systems to reach decision makers
? Work efficiently and effectively in CRM and dialer platform
? Communicate often with internal staff regarding scripts, lists and campaigns

Qualifications: ? Previous experience cold calling for Roofing and/or HVAC companies ? Extensive cold calling experience setting date & time specific, pre-qualified B2B (Business to Business) appointments with decision makers (C-Level, VP-Level & Director Level). ? Excellent verbal and written communication. ? US Citizen located in the United States. ? Ability to work independently and efficiently. ? Able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday, during US business hours. ? Designated home office set up free of background noises and distractions. ? Ability to multitask and effectively manage time. ? Proficient use of computers, including working on multiple applications and web browsers simultaneously. ? Experience working with cloud-based CRM and dialing software to access leads and make calls. Experience with VanillaSoft, VS Connect, and Slack are a plus.
