Bilingual Call Center Representative - Remote | Work From Home

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team, who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our members receive exceptional support. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate in both English and a second language, providing assistance through inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
? Respond to inbound calls from members, managing 40 or more calls per day.
? Translate written documentation and provide spoken interpretation during meetings or representational proceedings as needed.
? Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and our members.

Required Skills
? Bilingual fluency in English and another language, such as Russian, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Korean, is highly desired.
? Strong customer service skills, with a minimum of 1 year of direct experience in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficiency in computer and technical skills, enabling effective communication and documentation.
? Critical thinking abilities to address and resolve member inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications
? A stable work history with minimal employment gaps is preferred.
? Previous experience in a call center or relevant customer service roles is advantageous.
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications related to customer service are a plus.
