Position: Virtual Special Education Teacher - Must be certified in Orton-Gillingham or Wilson Reading

Location: Ohio (Remote)

Employment Type: 1099 Contracting Position

Hours: Full and part time hours available

What You'll Do:
? Provide high-quality virtual instruction to students with special needs, adapting curriculum to meet individualized education plans (IEPs) and learning styles.
? Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student engagement and academic success.
? Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for student growth and achievement.
? Utilize innovative technology platforms to deliver dynamic and interactive lessons, maximizing student learning outcomes.

What We're Looking For:
? Master's degree in Special Education
? Valid Ohio Special Education teaching certification
? Orton-Gillingham or Wilson Reading Certification Required
? 2 years of experience in schools
? Prior experience working with students with diverse learning needs and abilities.
? Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of students.
? Comfortable working in a virtual environment and proficient in technology platforms for remote instruction.
