Key Responsibilities
? Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed project plans that delineate scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure effective cloud migration.
? Engage with business executives, technical teams, and vendors to synchronize project objectives, gather necessary requirements, and enhance collaboration during the migration process.
? Proactively identify potential risks and devise effective mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth transition with minimal interruptions.
? Utilize your comprehensive understanding of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to determine optimal solutions for application migration.
? Lead cross-functional teams, including developers and quality assurance specialists, inspiring team members and fostering a cooperative work environment.
? Monitor project progress, assess performance against established metrics, and implement corrective measures as required to stay on track.
? Ensure that all migrated applications comply with quality standards and adhere to security protocols and data privacy regulations.
? Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status updates, and post-migration evaluations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
? Provide expert guidance and recommendations based on your experience to elevate project outcomes.
? Employ Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques for effective project management by calculating variances and monitoring performance indicators within established tolerances.

Required Skills
? Project Management Certification (PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner) demonstrating a solid grounding in project management methodologies.
? In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), along with familiarity with cloud migration methodologies and best practices.
? Proven experience as a project manager, particularly in overseeing cloud application migration projects, with demonstrated success in leading teams and engaging diverse stakeholders.
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, analyze dependencies, and propose innovative solutions throughout the migration process.
? Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage resources to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
? Agile Project Management proficiency, including methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, for managing intricate migration projects with iterative approaches.

Qualifications
? A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, emphasizing Agile methodologies and conducting assessments in complex IT settings.
? Familiarity with Agile tools and their application across various IT projects.
? Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights and recommendations.
? Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with executive and senior leadership.
