Position: Remote Academic Specialist (Work from Home)

Key Responsibilities: ? Strengthen students? understanding of Maths/Science subjects for grades 4 to 10. ? Conduct online classes, clarify doubts, and create a positive learning environment on our learning platform. ? Provide error-free, step-by-step solutions to students? queries. ? Assess student performance and give constructive feedback for improvement. ? Conduct 24 sessions per week, with additional responsibilities up to 12 hours per week. ? Non-session activities: 3 PM to 4:30 PM; Session activities: 4:30 PM to 9 PM. ? Additional duties include parent-teacher meetings, homework correction, peer reviews, participation in training sessions, and monthly tests. ? Enhance student performance with flexible teaching methods and dedication.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
? Passionate about teaching and making a significant impact in education.
? Strong subject knowledge in Maths/Science for grades 4 to 10.
? Excellent communication skills (English) ? both verbal and written.
? Effective camera-facing skills.
? Ability to relate theoretical knowledge to practical applications.
? Freshers and candidates with previous teaching experience are welcome.
? Multi-tasking and creative thinking abilities.
? Capable of delivering lesson plans and adapting teaching methods to student needs.
? Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
