Sr. Business Development executive

Responsibilities
? Must obtain the capability of generating inquiries from offshore IT companies and managing it in order to successfully raise the project in company interest.
? Should lead with LinkedIn and other social media sites for gearing up the business.
? Should have a conceptual and prospective mind to work in different time zone and make out key marketing deals with offshore clients.
? Defines, outlines, and executes the lead generation programs to deliver expected lead quality, conversions.
? Developing and progressing a pipeline of qualified opportunities to reliably hit target goals.
? Identifies and manages lead resources to drive sales engine.
? Research customer segments, clients and strategies to increase the pool of qualified leads.
? Manages lead flow, tracking tools, analysis and overall decisions for lead generation programs and effectiveness.
? Work closely with internal sales teams to understand customer demand and needs and establish working relationships to... exceed goals.
? Qualifying and nurturing leads through the early stages of the conversion pipeline.

Requirements
? Minimum MCA or MBA with experience in offshore IT Service selling
? At least 1 year of email marketing/ lead gen experience in IT service selling (offshore development and outsourcing).
? Must have proven experience using tools for email marketing (HubSpot, Salesforce)
? Good communication and written skills (Good English writing is a must)
? Must have good experience using MS Excel
