Job Description

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Nurse Educator to join our team. Requirements

• Current and unrestricted RN license


• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience


• Experience in nurse education or training


• Exceptional communication and presentation skills


• Strong organizational and time-management abilities


• Proficiency in using technology for remote education


• Ability to develop and implement educational programs

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver educational programs and training sessions for nursing staff


• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational initiatives and make necessary improvements


• Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify educational needs and priorities


• Create and maintain educational materials and resources


• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to nursing staff


• Stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing education


• Participate in the development of policies and procedures related to nursing education

Educational Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN or higher preferred


• Certification in Nursing Education (e.g., CNE) preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience


• At least 2 years of experience in a nurse educator role or similar position
