Job Description

CVS Health is seeking a diligent, compassionate, and experienced Remote Nurse Case Reviewer to join our team. Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing


• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience


• Experience in case review or case management is preferred


• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficient in using electronic health records and other healthcare software


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Review and assess clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness


• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care


• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients


• Provide clinical recommendations and support to healthcare teams


• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards


• Participate in training and continuous education activities


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred


• Advanced certifications in case management or related fields are a plus
