Job Description:

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual patient consultations and assessments.
• Provide care coordination and follow-up to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and treatments.
• Document patient interactions and care plans accurately in the EHR.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Educational Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Active and unrestricted RN license.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or telehealth setting.
• Experience with telehealth services and electronic health records preferred.
