Key Responsibilities
? Conduct individual therapy sessions with a weekly caseload of over 30 clients.
? Document client progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans as needed.
? Employ various clinical methodologies, including Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, and more.
? Collaborate effectively with a full-time scheduler to optimize client interactions.

Required Skills
? Proficiency in diverse clinical approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and DBT.
? Strong documentation capabilities for maintaining client progress and treatment adjustments.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for client engagement.

Qualifications
? Master's degree from an accredited institution in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
? Active and current CA state licensure (associates or interns are not accepted).
? Candidates must primarily reside in California.

Compensation And Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of (75K for part-time to )130K for full-time, based on hours worked. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
