Key Responsibilities
? Provide supervision for Associate Counselors, fostering their professional development
? Offer psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups
? Create individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies
? Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations
? Uphold ethical and legal standards in all interactions
? Engage regularly with referral sources and other healthcare providers
? Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including art therapists and medical professionals, to formulate effective treatment plans
? Stay informed on psychopharmacology and medical documentation standards
? Collect and assess data relevant to treatment outcomes
? Utilize strong interpersonal skills to cultivate positive client relationships
? Work autonomously while promoting a collaborative team atmosphere
Required Skills
? Minimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor
? Expertise in providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups
? Proficiency in developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
? Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and medical documentation
? Excellent communication and organizational abilities
? Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical and legal guidelines
