Job Description

As a Remote Live Chat Agent for Delta Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance through our live chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and offer solutions to enhance their travel experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance with booking inquiries, flight status, and general travel information.
