6. Document and report customer feedback and recurring issues to help enhance service delivery.

7. Achieve performance targets, including speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

1. High-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.

2. Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.

3. Ability to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously.

4. High school diploma or equivalent.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

6. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
