Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM (EST)

Responsibilities
? Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
? Provide accurate information about flight schedules, bookings, and policies
? Assist customers in resolving issues related to bookings and travel
? Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
? Update customer information in the company database
? Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
? Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
? Stay updated on airline policies and procedures
