Job Description:

Delta Airlines is currently hiring for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated and professional team. The primary role is to assist customers by answering their queries, managing complaints, and providing them with detailed information about our services.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

2. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.

3. Provide detailed information about our services.

4. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge.

6. Manage customer accounts, including updates and changes.

7. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
