Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9 AM ? 6 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media.

2. Provide information about our services and manage reservations, cancellations, or upgrades.

3. Work closely with the team to meet customer service goals.

4. Document customer interactions for future reference.

5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the supervisor.

6. Follow up on customer interactions.

7. Ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
