Job Summary:

As a Remote Contact Center Representative at Source One Technology, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide product information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.

2. Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customers via phone, email, and chat.

3. Provide Product Information: Offer product information, pricing, and availability to customers.

4. Document Customer Interactions: Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.

5. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues.

6. Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and adherence to schedule.

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.

2. Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support environment.

3. Technical Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

4. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

6. Reliable Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.

7. Quiet and Dedicated Workspace: A quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal distractions.
