Key Responsibilities
? Manage inbound and outbound calls related to service inquiries and sales.
? Provide customers with detailed information regarding available services, including pricing and benefits.
? Utilize consultative selling techniques to promote services effectively and encourage purchases.
? Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings and how they are influenced by environmental factors.
? Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and promote additional sales.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.
? Conduct property measurements as necessary.
? Handle collections and manage accounts to maximize receivables.
? Uphold confidentiality regarding customer and company information.
? Demonstrate clear and professional communication with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
? Execute additional duties as assigned by the Contact Center Service Manager.

Required Skills
? Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to approach customer inquiries with a consultative mindset.
? Strong problem-solving abilities.
? Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 45 words per minute.
? Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
? High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
? A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inbound or outbound sales, customer service, or call center roles, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
