Dollar General is seeking a dedicated and organized **Remote Client Support Officer** to join our dynamic team. In this part-time role, you will be the first line of support for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and timely assistance for their inquiries or issues. ### **Key Responsibilities**

  • **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, offering prompt and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  • **Issue Resolution:** Diagnose client issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions or escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up.
  • **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
  • **Feedback Collection:** Gather client feedback regarding their experiences with Dollar General and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, including IT and logistics, to resolve client issues and improve service delivery. Foster a cooperative environment through effective communication.
  • **Training Support:** Assist in onboarding new team members by providing training on customer service best practices and organizational policies.
  • **Continual Learning:** Stay updated on product features, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • **Innovation Contribution:** Engage actively in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for improving processes and customer service experiences.

### **Requirements** ? *Professional Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
