Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team at Delta Air Lines in Seattle, Washington. This part-time position is ideal for a highly adaptable and hardworking individual with at least 2 years of experience in customer service. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to our remote... customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to assist with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and resolving issues. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall client experience. 4. Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently. 5. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. 6. Work closely with the Client Service Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. 6. Cooperational and negotiation skills are a plus.
