Henry Schein is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This part-time position is perfect for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As an Associate Level Remote Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat... support.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through online chat support
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools
