• Develop and maintain training materials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service options for customers.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, with a strong emphasis on chat support.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively.
