### Responsibilities:

• **Customer Interaction:**
• Engage with customers via live chat to understand and resolve their inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone throughout customer interactions.

• **Problem Resolution:**
• Utilize research skills to identify solutions to customer issues, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of TJX?s policies, products, and services.
• Adhere to company guidelines while resolving complex issues and escalate situations to management if necessary.

• **Documentation:**
• Record and document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Continuously update knowledge base articles and support documentation to improve team efficiencies.

• **Team Collaboration:**
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in different time zones to share knowledge and strategies for improving customer service effectiveness.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance personal and team performance.

• **Performance Metrics:**
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics, such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
• Provide insights and suggestions on customer trends or recurring issues to management for product and service improvements.

### Requirements: ? *Education & Experience:**

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support or remote environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
? *Skills:**

• **Technical Skills:**
• Proficient in using chat support software and tools, as well as basic knowledge of computer systems and applications.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
