    Job Description:We are looking for a Remote Call Center Manager to join our team at Walt Disney in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time position, this role is ideal for someone with mid-to-senior level experience in call center management. The Remote Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center representatives, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer... service and meet performance targets.Responsibilities:1. Manage and supervise a team of remote call center representatives, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching as needed.2. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.3. Develop and implement training programs for call center representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of call center goals with overall company objectives.6. Maintain a positive and supportive working environment for call center representatives, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.7. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in call center management, implementing new strategies as appropriate.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management.3. Energetic and independent personality traits.4. Strong people management and negotiation skills.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.7.
