Key Responsibilities

? Resolve member issues promptly and effectively, guaranteeing a positive experience for each individual.
? Aim to meet and exceed performance metrics related to call quality, member satisfaction, and first-call resolution.

Required Skills
? Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably with the same employer.
? Previous experience in a call center environment is advantageous.

? Experience in healthcare benefits or sales is a plus.
