? *Position Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our remote team as a full time clinical staff member. In this role, you will be responsible for completing patient onboardings before passing them to a licensed pharmacist for ongoing care. You will interact directly with patients, explaining processes, collecting necessary information, and ensuring they are well-prepared for their chronic care management journey. ? *Key Responsibilities:** ? Perform patient onboarding remotely, including gathering patient information, reviewing medications, and explaining the chronic care management process. ? Communicate clearly and effectively with patients to ensure they understand their role in the care plan. ? Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure smooth transitions for patient care. ? Maintain organized and accurate patient records using Google Drive. ? Utilize clinical knowledge to assess patient needs and provide appropriate guidance. ? Handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA and company policies. ? *Qualifications:** ? Texas Pharmacy Technician Registration & Certification current and in good standing. ? Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician. ? Strong clinical understanding of chronic disease states and medication management. ? Experience in patient-facing roles, with the ability to communicate medical information clearly. ? Bilingual skills (English and Spanish strongly preferred). ? Proficiency in using Google Drive for organizing and sharing patient data. ? High attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality. ? Quiet, distraction-free, HIPAA-compliant workspace with reliable internet with minimum speeds of 100 mbps download and 10 mbps upload. ? 32 to 40 hours per week during traditional business hours to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively in a remote setting. ? *What We Offer:** ? 100% remote work, offering flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere. ?
