What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for high-volume non-exempt and exempt positions across various branches
? Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their departments and job specifications
? Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates using innovative recruiting strategies
? Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from preparation to offer negotiation
? Ensure compliance with legal standards in recruiting practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the construction or operations industry
? Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms
? Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
? Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
? Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in recruiting exempt sales roles in the construction industry or similar operations sectors
? Knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods including Boolean searches
? Ability to travel when required (less than 10%)
