Senior Content Strategist

Concentrix Catalyst is looking for a Senior Content Strategist to join our fast-growing GenAI-enabled content delivery team.

We believe content is the connective tissue of design and operations, tying desired business outcomes to meaningful user experiences. We speak as strategic leaders who bridge design, technology, and business to deliver a human-centered approach for our clients and their customers. We?re deep in GenAI technology, optimization strategy, and content creation. We need a Senior Content Strategist who can help our clients optimize their content for GenAI-powered futures. Our Senior Content Strategist will work with client stakeholders to analyze current state content ecosystems, institute content best practices, identify new governance and delivery opportunities, and represent Concentrix as a strategic content design and delivery partner.

The Senior Content Strategist understands the business value of content and content governance and works closely with cross-disciplinary teams to provide strategic direction for messaging, information hierarchies, and content distribution plans. A professional writer and communicator who is clued into the GenAI capabilities in the content management, governance, and creation spaces, you will work with clients to devise custom content solutions that meet their business needs. The Senior Content Strategist has a well-rounded knowledge of content industry best practices as well as emerging digital trends in usability, search engine optimization, enterprise-level content management systems, content marketing, and content as data. The Senior Content Strategist is often deeply involved in the content development process from outset to completion, so experience with content creation processes and writing skills are important.

Responsibilities

? Solid agency or internal consulting experience is desired.

? Working understanding of GenAI principles and terminology; don?t have to be an expert in the tech, but need to understand what the technologists are proposing ? and how to adjust existing content (Sales Enablement, KBs, CMS, LMS, etc?) strategies to work with GenAI applications and approaches.

? Consulting with clients to define business objectives, pain points and opportunities related to content.

? Analyzing and assessing client?s digital content including auditing, inventories, gap analysis, recommendations and remediation plans.

? Defining strategies for developing, managing and distributing compelling and well-organized content based on a thorough understanding of business objectives, user needs and industry best practices.

? Understanding and articulating how to take a client from current state to future state

? Creating custom content publication, migration, and governance workflows

? Collaborating with clients to define production processes and governance protocols.

? Auditing, ?chunking,? and general re-purposing of content for GenAI tool consumption

? Defining social integration tactics for content distribution

? Producing content classification and tagging systems

? Collaborating with Creative team members to determine the conceptual and copy direction of online initiatives.

? Collaborating with UX designers on user flows, site navigation, content organization and site navigation labels.

? Developing and sharing expertise on client products and services

? Interacting with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics

? Maintaining high standards of copywriting and copyediting

? Collaborating to determine a search engine optimization project plan and content support

Required Skills

? Deep understanding of digital best practices and a passion for emerging trends including GenAI ? bonus points for looking at these emerging technologies though a content creation and management lens

? Familiarity with the latest models, their strengths and weaknesses from a content POV, and how to work with (or around) them

? Experience working in enterprise-level content management systems (Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager is a plus) and information architectures required of such systems

? Understanding of content-as-data principles and principles of content reuse

? Previous agency experience a plus, but internal consulting experience will be considered

? Background in user experience, digital publishing, researching, writing and strategy planning

? 7+ years of Marketing/Communications experience in a digital-first company or agency

? Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiences

? Ability to segment, organize and architect large content libraries

? Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

? Ability to communicate complex or demanding subject matter clearly and concisely, either verbally or in written form

? Ability to work both independently and contribute as part of a production team
