What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Assist with the day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow Discovery tool and data integrations
? Analyze and control hardware/software changes, ensuring data integrity within the CMDB
? Identify and troubleshoot discovery issues, monitoring CMDB health dashboard metrics
? Perform de-duplication tasks related to the management of Configuration Items
? Create and maintain discovery schedules and assist with configuration item updates

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of three (3) years of professional or technical experience in program administration or comparable duties
? Additional appropriate education may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis
? Training or certification related to the position may count towards experience or education substitution
? Experience must not be fully substituted by education or training alone

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? One (1) year of ServiceNow administration experience or equivalent
? One (1) year of Discovery experience or equivalent
? Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
? Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
? Strong organizational skills
