Job Overview: As a Product Operations Manager for Azara at JLL Technologies, you will be a key member of our product operations team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, designers, and customer success teams, to deliver exceptional product experiences, ensure operational efficiency, and drive user adoption. Key Responsibilities: Product Implementation: Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of new features and system enhancements based on defined requirements and timelines. Operational Excellence: Define and optimize internal processes and workflows to enhance the overall operational efficiency of the Azara product, ensuring seamless and scalable operations. Customer Support: Provide exceptional technical support to clients, addressing their product-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain an excellent customer experience. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to validate product quality, conduct thorough testing, identify and report bugs, and contribute to the overall improvement of product stability and reliability. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with data analysts and business intelligence teams to gather insights from user data, identify trends, and generate comprehensive reports to inform product improvements and enhancements. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials, user guides, and other documentation to assist both internal teams and clients in effectively understanding and utilizing the Azara product's features and functionalities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product launches, effective communication, and alignment on product goals. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field). Previous experience in a product operations or product support role, preferably within a software or technology company. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational challenges. High level of attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with commercial real estate or property management software is a plus. Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is preferred. Estimated total compensation for this position: 135,000.00 ? 165,000.00 USD per year The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
