Responsibilities

Data Entry Tasks:
? Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases or spreadsheets.
? Transfer data from paper formats to digital systems.

Data Verification:
? Review data for accuracy and completeness.
? Correct errors and inconsistencies in data entries.

File Management:
? Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
? Retrieve data and generate reports as required.

Administrative Support:
? Collaborate with team members to complete projects.
? Provide support with other administrative tasks like document formatting or email communication.

Confidentiality:
? Handle sensitive information securely and ethically.
? Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Qualifications
? Education:
? High school diploma or equivalent (required).
? Additional certifications in data management or administration (preferred).
? Experience:
? Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles (1?2 years preferred).
? Familiarity with remote work environments is an advantage.
? Technical Skills:
? Proficiency in data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized tools like QuickBooks).
? Knowledge of data management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
? Typing speed of 50?70+ words per minute with high accuracy.
? Key Competencies:
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
? Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.69 - $22.00/hour.
