Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a Product Analyst to join a stellar team. The Product Analyst will assist with the product management function for the Issuer Governance and Communications and Transfer Agent Product Suite. The role will ensure that existing products meet client requirements and develop new products that align with the evolving needs of the market. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights that inform product development, improvement, and optimization strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, to drive data-driven decisions that enhance our products' performance and customer experience. The Analyst will drive goals from the Product Manager and lead various aspects of the product life cycle independently to ensure the success of the product. The successful candidate will possess a strong personal drive and display an independent work ethic to accomplish the defined goals and strategic vision. You will work with Development on product release requirements, improvements, and new product design. The Product Analyst will also assist in the collaboration with Marketing on go-to-market strategies, product value propositions, and positioning/messaging to target customers. You will serve as the internal and external advocate for our Governance & Communications solutions, working with Sales and key clients.

Work-Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you?ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Assist in the product life cycle, from strategy to tactical activities, placing heavy emphasis on industry trends and client needs. ? Identify, validate, and prioritize all ongoing initiatives, building business cases as appropriate. ? Conduct thorough data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities related to product performance, user behavior, and market trends. Utilize various tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets. ? Monitor key product metrics, KPIs, and user feedback to assess the effectiveness and success of our products. Identify areas for improvement and work with the product team to prioritize and implement enhancements. ? Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences through market research and analysis. Use this information to guide product strategy and identify potential new opportunities. ? Assist Product Managers in developing and refining the product roadmap by identifying and addressing critical gaps and providing data-backed insights and suggestions for new features and improvements. ? Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, provide data support, and ensure alignment between data analysis and product strategy. ? Monitor market conditions to evaluate growth opportunities and strategies and identify product improvements and new solutions. ? Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research, supported by ongoing interaction with customers and other market players. ? Play a key role in helping evolve the Product Management organization. ? Assist and support the Application support teams in their day-to-day issue/problem resolution, problem research, and coordination of technology resources. Allow the Application Support Teams to triage, record, and resolve the problem with technology, but assist if specific product knowledge is required.

Qualifications: ? Preferred Product Management/Product Development experience including experience with and an ability to navigate through working with Agile teams, the transition from Waterfall to Agile, multiple platforms, Mainframe, et al ? Solid understanding of financial services is a plus. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets with attention to detail and a passion for working with data. ? Understanding of product development processes, market dynamics, and customer behavior demonstrating the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations. ? Excellent communication and presentation abilities. ? Consistent record to lead/collaborate in a matrix structure. ? Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, take ownership of projects, and drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ? Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving. ? BA/BS Degree required. ? Transfer Agent experience is a plus

Salary - 85,000-100,000
