• **Crisis Management:** Collaborate with the communications team in developing crisis communication strategies and respond swiftly to any potential PR issues.
• **Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing, branding, and design teams to ensure a cohesive approach to all communications and public relations efforts.
• **Community Engagement:** Champion community relations initiatives that align with Disney?s values, focusing on engagement with local audiences and stakeholders.

### Requirements:

• **Education:** Bachelor?s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful media engagement.
