About the role: Appointment Setters AKA Patient Coordinators are the liaisons between our clients and their future patients. They are the primary point of contact -- handling all day-to-day new patient bookings, as well as managing associated projects and correcting issues as needed to ensure our client's success. They are committed to providing top-quality service and exceptional results above all else.
An Appointment Setter is simultaneously an agency and client representative. They will need to have great communication, sales and organization skills. They will need be quick of their feet jumping back and forth between client accounts as new leads and calls come in. They will need handle PHI safely, use specific & correct office information and follow scripts effectively. If you are unable to think critically, have deep natural conversations, or have confidence collecting payment, do not bother applying.
We are looking for Appointment Setters who can work from either 8AM to 1PM ET or 4PM to 9PM ET.
This is a part-time 1099 job with the potential to grow and bonuses. Hourly rate is based upon experience. As we grow to more clients and workload increases the base can also increase. On the last question of the application titled '?' please put ?5? as your answer so we know you have read this.
Duties

Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about services to patients.
Assist patients with scheduling and paying for visits.
Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of chiropractic terminology and chiropractic office procedures is a plus.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Proficient in data entry and computer systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
