Description

General Responsibilities and Duties:
? Communicate updates and challenges with the Client Relations team and Operations team.
? Professionally communicate with customers on weekends until project manager is back in the office.
? Manage, review, and audit client schedules in spreadsheets and time keeping systems.
? Responsible for meeting deadlines on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

Qualifications: ? High School Diploma or other equivalent education. ? Bachelor's degree (preferred). ? Customer Services: 1-2 year (preferred). ? Security Background: 1-2 years (preferred). ? Administrative Experience: 1-2 years (preferred). ? Must be very organized with superior attention to detail. ? Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word. ? Must have excellent customer service skills. ? Handle and access escalations ? Scheduling and submitting time approvals ? Proactive and able to take initiative ? Great Problem solving skills ? Alternative monthly schedules: One month Mon-Thurs. One Month Thurs-Sun ? Dispatch role or answering calls and emails through out the night ? MUST HAVE A GUARD CARD

Physical Requirements

? Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
