### Responsibilities

4. Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure security and efficiency.


5. Provide detailed documentation and reports on system status and incident resolutions.


6. Train and support team members on new technologies and procedures.


7. Participate in the development and implementation of operational policies and protocols.



### Requirements


1. Proven experience as an Operations Technician or similar role.


2. Strong understanding of computer systems, IT support, and system administration.


3. Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.


4. Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.


5. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.


6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


7. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.



### Educational Qualifications


– A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.



### Experience


– At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role is highly desirable.
