**Job Description:**

As an Operations Technician at Disney, you will be responsible for supporting both the technical and operational aspects of our diverse business units. This role demands a high level of precision and expertise in managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing various operational systems. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure operational continuity and efficient processing of information and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain operational systems and infrastructure, ensuring they meet company standards and efficiency metrics.

2. Assist in the implementation of new systems and technologies to improve existing workflows.

3. Conduct regular system audits and prepare detailed reports on findings and performance enhancements.

4. Coordinate with IT and development teams to resolve any technical issues in a timely manner.

5. Manage inventory of operational supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for uninterrupted operations.

6. Facilitate training sessions for new technology or systems for other departments as needed.

7. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Operations Technician or similar role.

2. Strong understanding of operational systems and infrastructure.

3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

7. Familiarity with the latest industry technologies and trends.

Educational Qualifications:

– A minimum of an Associate degree in Operations Management, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.

Experience:

– At least 2 years of experience in operations or technical support roles, preferably in a large, dynamic company.
