Manage and maintain department resources. Identify opportunities to improve business policies and processes. Education High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) Prior Relevant Work Experience: 0 to 3 years Essential Qualifications and Functions: 2+ years? demonstrating the ability to develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments. 2+ years' of applying critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and demonstrating a detail-oriented workstyle 2+ years' of applying excellent written and verbal communication skills 2+ years' experience with prioritizing and managing multiple tasks on a regular basis with high level of detail 2+ years of experience with standard corporate software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as some special proprietary applications 3+ months exposure to driving solutions to challenging customer or internal situations autonomously and understanding when to raise risk and inform relevant stakeholders 2+ years of being a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently with limited direction and supervision?Demonstrated clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal) with large audiences (e.g., departments, leaders) Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years' experience executing and processing invoices, or related administrative/clerical work 3+ years' demonstrated experience with cross-team collaboration or external business partners and clients 3+ years' experience of baseline reporting using PowerPoint or similar design and development tools 1+ years' experience working with WFM industry standard software (Verint, IEX, etc.) Exposure to analyzing KPI trends and results, & dissemination designed for executive level leadership (VP & above) Exposure to project management processes and/or software Prior call center or customer service experience.?Exposure to PowerBI Our diverse work experience empowers colleagues for career success. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
