Job Description

As a remote representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Requirements

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Proficiency with computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly


• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and policies


• Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights


• Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner


• Maintain a thorough understanding of South Airlines products and services


• Document interactions and follow-up on customer inquiries as needed


• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
